About Dr. Melaney Sreenan
As an internationally recognized speaker, author, coach and leader in the field of Clinical Psychology since 1980, Dr. Melaney Sreenan is often called upon as an expert for her work in leading clients to a deeper level of self-discovery, personal growth and life-altering change. Featured nationally in newspapers, magazines and radio talk shows, she has also served as Adjunct Professor at numerous colleges.
Dr. Melaney has a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology, is a diplomat in Sports Psychology, and has been a professional in private clinical practice since 1980. She is an experienced and qualified coach with a sensitive, non-judgmental commitment to the sharing of the path to change and grow.

Dr. Melaney is a co-founder and partner of Sreenan Human Resources providing personal evaluations and relationship development. She conducts workshops and seminars nationally and has taught as an adjunct professor at many colleges, and is a Leadership Alumna. She is active in her community as well as professional groups. She has been on radio talk shows, television and featured in newspapers and magazines for her work. She has received numerous acknowledgments for her involvement in the community and in professional groups around the country.
She created The Bethany Center, a non-profit organization for grieving children, a place where children whose parents had a life-threatening illness could come and share. This Center was adopted by Hospice.
Dr. Melaney is listed in Who’s Who Among American Women, Who’s Who in America, Who’s Who Among Human Service Professionals, and was also nominated Distinctive Woman of the Year in 1994. She has presented her research to the International Conference of Suicidology, and has presented other findings in her years of practice to the American Association of Marriage and Family Therapy.
